The first known ascent was made by Lajoš Petrik with mountain guides Štefan and Matej Faith in July 28th 1891. They were probably not the first on the peak, as the young count Štefan Tôkôly from Kežmarok, whose death remained as unexplained same as J.A. Papyrus´, who died in this locality in 1771. Maybe Maciej Sieczka stood there in 1880, but it was not officially recorded.
