High-Mountain Huts<\/h1>\n        <div class=\"owners\">\n            <strong>Chata pri Zelenom plese \u00b7 T\u00e9ryho chata \u00b7 Zbojn\u00edcka chata \u00b7 Chata pod Rysmi<\/strong>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/header>\n\n    <div class=\"intro\">\n        These visitor and accommodation rules apply to all visitors of huts owned by <strong>KST<\/strong> and <strong>SHS JAMES<\/strong>. Compliance with the rules below promotes solidarity and consideration among visitors and also ensures the protection of the huts, for example against fire.\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Arrival &amp; Accommodation<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">1<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Every visitor wishing to stay overnight at the hut is required to <strong>report to the hut staff upon arrival<\/strong> and present an identification document.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">2<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\"><strong>Priority for a bed<\/strong> over other visitors shall be given to sick or injured persons for whom descent to the valley is not possible due to their health condition.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule money\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">20<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">The visitor is required to <strong>pay the accommodation fee to the accommodation provider upon check-in<\/strong>.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Food &amp; Kitchen<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">3<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Consumption of food brought from outside <strong>is not permitted in the dining area<\/strong>, except at Chata pod Rysmi, where such consumption is allowed in designated areas of the dining room. Consuming your own supplies is permitted only in publicly accessible areas of the hut outside the dining room. <strong>Cooking food from brought supplies inside the hut is prohibited.<\/strong><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">4<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Existing self-service areas in the hut are <strong>reserved exclusively for accommodated visitors<\/strong>. Visitors using these self-service areas are obliged to keep them tidy and clean.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">5<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Visitors must <strong>carry all their waste back down to the valley themselves<\/strong>.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Quiet Hours &amp; Conduct<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule quiet\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">6<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Quiet hours in the huts are from <strong>10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.<\/strong>. Visitors who get up before the quiet hours end are required to behave considerately and must not disturb others.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule quiet\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">7<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">The hut keeper is responsible for ensuring peace and quiet in the hut. They shall make sure that other visitors are not disturbed by loud entertainment, music from radios, TV, etc. <strong>Playing musical instruments is allowed only by prior agreement with the hut keeper.<\/strong><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule fire\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">8<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\"><strong>Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hut.<\/strong><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule fire\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">9<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Entering rooms in mountaineering boots, trekking boots, or ski boots is prohibited. Entering the hut premises wearing crampons is prohibited. In rooms, as well as in other areas of the hut except for spaces specifically designated for this purpose, <strong>handling open flames<\/strong>, such as candles or camping stoves, is strictly prohibited.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">10<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">If there is a shortage of seating, seats must not be reserved in advance in any way; consideration for other visitors is required.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule safety\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">11<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\"><strong>Pets are not allowed inside the hut.<\/strong><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Liability &amp; Damages<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule safety\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">12<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Anyone who causes any damage to the hut, its facilities, or its equipment is fully liable for such damage. Parents or persons accompanying children are fully responsible for <strong>the conduct of the children<\/strong>.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule mgmt\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">13<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">The <strong>hut keeper and staff<\/strong> are responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with these rules. If a visitor, despite a warning, grossly violates good morals or other obligations, <strong>they may be expelled from the hut<\/strong>. In the case of an accommodated visitor, the accommodation provider may withdraw from the accommodation contract.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule mgmt\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">14<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">The hut keeper and staff are obliged to comply with the <strong>valid price list for accommodation, food, and beverages<\/strong>, which must be displayed in a visible place.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Claims &amp; Complaints<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule mgmt\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">15<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Claims and complaints from hut visitors are handled by the hut keeper. If the matter is not handled satisfactorily, the visitor may send a written complaint to one of the following addresses of the hut owners:<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"contacts\" style=\"margin-top:10px\">\n        <div class=\"contact-card\">\n            <h3>Slovak Tourist Club<\/h3>\n            <p>\n                Z\u00e1borsk\u00e9ho 33<br>\n                831 03 Bratislava<br>\n                <a href=\"mailto:ustredie@kst.sk\">ustredie@kst.sk<\/a>\n            <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"contact-card\">\n            <h3>Slovak Mountaineering Union JAMES<\/h3>\n            <p>\n                Olympijsk\u00e9 n\u00e1mestie 1<br>\n                831 04 Bratislava \u2013 Nov\u00e9 mesto<br>\n                <a href=\"mailto:office@james.sk\">office@james.sk<\/a>\n            <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Visitor Rights<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule rights\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">16<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">A visitor has the right to <strong>stay overnight in an emergency<\/strong> in the event of adverse weather conditions or health problems, even if the hut is fully occupied.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule rights\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">17<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">A visitor has the right to receive <strong>information about the current weather conditions, forecast, and avalanche danger<\/strong>. The hut keeper is required to place an information board with mountain rescue instructions and other safety information in a generally accessible and visible place.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"rule rights\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">18<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">The hut staff are obliged to <strong>provide first aid<\/strong> in the event of danger to life or health and to arrange professional medical assistance.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"section-label\">Tour Log<\/div>\n    <div class=\"rules\">\n        <div class=\"rule safety\">\n            <div class=\"rule-num\">19<\/div>\n            <div class=\"rule-body\">Every accommodated visitor at the hut is required to <strong>enter their details in the tour log<\/strong>, including the expected destination of their tour. This is to facilitate search or rescue operations in the event of an accident or getting lost during the tour.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"doc-footer\">\n        <div class=\"validity\">\n            These visitor and accommodation rules must be displayed in a clearly visible place in the hut.<br>\n            <strong>They enter into force on 1 November 2025.<\/strong> At the same time, as of 31 October 2025, the currently effective Visitor and Accommodation Rules for high-mountain huts owned by KST and SHS JAMES shall cease to be effective.\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"signatories\">\n            <div class=\"signatory\">\n                <strong>B.
